Payment and shipping

Your order is considered an unbinding estimate request .

As our ceramics are hand made, all our products differ in shape, size and weight. For this reason it is impossible for us to apply fix shipping rates.

In order to allow us to offer you a professional and efficient service for shipping as well, we decided to use UPS and FedEx (service provided through Mail Boxes Etc.)

After your request has been processed, we will contact you to inform you about the total amount of your order ( goods+packing).
Thereafter, you can decide to confirm your order and pay for your merchandise and its shipping .We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Shipping is to be paid directly to Mail Boxes Etc.

After your confirmation and payment receipt, our packing dpt. will take care of your goods and pack them properly. The packing will be done in the safest way, though keeping the volume as small as possible in order to minimize shipping costs.
